In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the juan1365 website at https://juan1365.net, creating a player account, or placing any wager on the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

4.1 Registration

To access juan1365's services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep your registration information current and to update it promptly if any details change.

Juan1365 operates a strict one account per player policy. You may not hold more than one registered account on the platform regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending investigation and possible forfeiture.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify juan1365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Juan1365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, all players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires the submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (accepted IDs: Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID);

5.1 Deposits

All deposits and withdrawals on juan1365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for slots and bingo; ₱200 for live casino; and ₱500 for sports betting. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the deposit flow at the time of transaction.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your juan1365 wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. Juan1365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Juan1365 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. Suspicious transactions will be flagged, held, and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players may not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. Juan1365 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large transactions.

Juan1365 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and returning players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the juan1365 platform unless the specific promotional terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any financial loss resulting from decisions to place wagers on the platform;
• Interruptions in service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Juan1365's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their juan1365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
